Sonam kapoor is the daughter of actor anil kapoor and made her debut in Bollywood with Sawaariya. Her second release was Delhi 6 with Abhishek Bachchan. She is a newcomer to the Indian film industry. Sonam was born (9th June 1985) in Chembur, Maharashtra in India. She is the niece of actor Sanjay Kapoor and director Boney Kapoor. She was nominated for the Filmfare Best Female Debut Award and also won hearts of her fans.
